Linguine with sea prawn
A simple recipe that, anyway, requires some sense of timing during the procedure. The sea prawn sauce should be prepared while the pasta is boiling.
In order to achieve this, we used a 3 mm thick silver plated frying pan.
We found six forgotten sea prawn in or freezer. We let them defrost immersed into cold water (it takes only few minutes) and, in the meanwhile we prepared all the other ingredients: linguine, garlic, cherry tomatoes, white wine and parsley.
We didn't use any pepper but it suits quite well.
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes.
